Equality and opportunity for women and girls is a big job and together, our voices resound and our impact grows. We couldn’t do what we do without the leadership brought to the table by our donors, trustees, advisory board members, and the girls involved in our leadership and philanthropy program Unidas. Together, we create change and improve the lives of women and girls.

Board of Trustees, Advisory Council and Staff

Our Trustees serve three-year terms with the option of serving two consecutive terms. Advisory Council members offer their expertise and wisdom to the Foundation. These WFSA champions have served as Trustees and/or other key volunteers over the years. We appreciate their support.

Tucson Public Voices Fellowship

Public Voices/Thought Leadership Fellowships are currently provided at a number of universities, including Dartmouth, Emory, Princeton, Stanford, and Yale, as well as through the first community-university partnership at Texas Women’s University-Dallas. The Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona in conjunction with the Valley Fund for the Advancement of Women and Girls, a donor advised fund of WFSA, and the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Arizona were instrumental in convening the first fellowship.
