Vice President of Community Impact
Krista Millay brings over 15 years of experience as a researcher, teacher and program manager, most recently serving as the Director of the Women’s Resource Center at the University of Arizona. Over the past six years, Krista built the WRC from a siloed programming center serving 1,748 students to a multicultural, multi-ethnic community serving over 10,000 students. Krista completed her Doctor of Theology in Philosophy, Theology and Ethics from Boston University. At WFSA, Krista is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the Foundation’s grantmaking program and research initiatives, for leading community outreach and engagement, including fostering collaboration among partners and facilitating the Unidas youth philanthropy program.
