2011–2012 Annual Grant Focus
The Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona sees a world where women and girls are able to achieve their full potential and pursue their dreams. Fostering her economic sustainability is one way to fulfill this vision.
This year, our grant-making will continue to focus on economic self-sufficiency for women and girls in southern Arizona. Within that focal area, we are particularly interested in proposals that can quantify the economic impact of their work.
2011–2012 Grant Round Timeline
October 3, 2011 – On-line Letters of Intent process opens
October 30, 2011, midnight – Letters of Intent due
December 1, 2011 – Requests for Proposals issued to selected applicants
January 13, 2012, midnight – Requests for Proposals due
February 2012 – Site visits
Week of March 19, 2012 – Grantees notified
April 18, 2012 – Public announcement of grant recipients at WFSA Annual Luncheon
