2009 – 2010 Annual Grant Focus

The Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona sees a world where women and girls are able to achieve their full potential and pursue their dreams. Fostering her economic sustainability is one way to fulfill this vision.

This year the Women’s Foundation will focus annual grantmaking on programs that work to build long-term economic security and independence with women and girls. This focus is based on a belief that women and girls who are able to sustain themselves and their families in any circumstance will be better equipped to pursue their dreams.

There are many ways to foster economic sustainability. The Women’s Foundation invites any community benefit organizations who can clearly link their program focus and impact to this endeavor to apply.
