Our mission is to foster equity and opportunity for women and girls.
The Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona was founded in 1992 on the principle that when women thrive, the whole community benefits. Since its inception the WFSA has invested more than $1.2 million in organizations that help women overcome social, political and economic inequities. The Foundation has also been a driving force in political change and advocacy for all women and girls.
The WFSA is one of more than a hundred women’s funds globally that fosters equity and opportunity for women and girls.
The Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona is a support organization of the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona.
