The Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona was founded in 1991 on the principle that when women thrive, the whole community benefits. Since its inception, WFSA has invested more than $1.7 million in organizations that help women overcome social, political and economic inequities.
Our Mission – To foster equity and opportunity for women and girls
The Foundation is a driving force in political change and advocacy for all women and girls. Research commissioned by WFSA informs our grant-making and advocacy policies and is a valuable source of information for organizations, businesses, policy makers and individuals.
WFSA is one of more than 160 women’s funds globally that foster equity and opportunity for women and girls.
The Women’s Foundation of Southern Arizona is a support organization of the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona.
